Ordering

Will I get an order confirmation?

Yes, of course. After ordering, you will receive an automatically generated email confirmation that also acts as your receipt. If you do not receive it, and it is not in your spam folder please do reach out to us so we can look into it for you.

Can I cancel my order?

We completely get it, we change our minds too! If the order has not shipped, we can definitely cancel the order for you. While we wish could, once an order is shipped, we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time.

What if I want to speak to someone?

We want to speak to you too! Contact us with any questions, concerns, or feedback. We will be sure to get back to you within 48 hours. However, please note that inquiries sent on Fridays will receive a reply the following Monday, but possibly sooner.

What countries do you ship to?

We currently ship to the United States & Canada. To enquire about shipping to a different destination, please contact us.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders submitted before 12pm PST can be expected to arrive within 3-5 business days. Any orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays will be processed on the following Monday or the next available working day. Please note that working days exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays. Unfortunately, our store is currently unable to ship orders to P.O. boxes. What happens if my order is delayed or lost?

An order is deemed lost after 15 business days for domestic orders and 21 business days for international orders in transit. While we are unable to take responsibility for delays attributable to the courier, we will not issue a replacement until the aforementioned timeframes have passed.

What happens if I enter the wrong shipping address?

It is crucial to carefully review the shipping address for accuracy, particularly when using payment gateways like PayPal. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for covering all shipping costs to resend the order to the corrected address. We cannot be held liable for the loss of an order if the provided address at checkout is incomplete or incorrect. 

I placed a large order and it has not shipped. Can someone help?

For orders above $400, we will place the order on hold and reach out to the customer to confirm the order before shipping. We will also notify the customer that we will be sending the package insured with signature delivery. If a customer prefers not to have signature delivery, they must confirm in writing that they understand that if the package is lost or stolen, we, unfortunately, cannot be held liable for it.

Do you ship on weekends?

Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?

Unfortunately, our store is currently unable to ship orders to P.O. boxes.
