Directions:

  2. Chill the mixture in the fridge for 30 minutes. This will help the mixture to firm up and make it easier to form into balls.
  3. Use a spoon to evenly divide the mixture into six portions. Then use your hands to roll each portion into a ball. If you like, you can roll the balls in dark chocolate chips for an extra bit of flavor.
  4. Store the energy balls in a sealed container in the fridge for up to one week.
  5. Enjoy!
