Peanut Butter Chocolate Fat-Burning Energy Balls Recipe

Abdon Mora |

Are you craving something sweet but you are trying to stick to your diet?

Here's a way to burn fat while enjoying a tasty chocolate treat!

Finding something sweet and healthy almost seems impossible. Especially when you hear Peanut butter and chocolate in the same sentence.

We’re not talking about peanut butter cups, but our very own recipe: Fat Burning Peanut Butter Chocolate Energy balls!

These Peanut Butter Chocolate Energy Balls with Lemonkind's fat-burning Dark Chocolate Oolong Tea Latte are the perfect choice to satisfy that sweet tooth and even help you burn fat!

They are made with adaptogenic blends of maca, astragalus, rose hips and prickly pear that target stress to support body detox, focus, and memory function.

Best of all.. Each energy ball is roughly only 137 calories.

They're super easy to make! They only require a few ingredients, and are packed with nutrients that will keep you going throughout the day.

Here’s how to get started:

- 1/2 cup of rolled oats

- 1/3 cup of peanut butter

- 1 tablespoon of honey

- 1 packet of Dark chocolate oolong tea latte or Golden Vanilla Turmeric Latte

- 1 tablespoon of dark chocolate chip (optional)

- Salt, to taste

(6 servings for a full batch. Roughly 137 calories per ball)

  1. In a small bowl, combine the rolled oats, peanut butter, honey, Dark chocolate oolong tea latte, and salt (to taste). Mix everything together until thoroughly combined.
  2. Chill the mixture in the fridge for 30 minutes. This will help the mixture to firm up and make it easier to form into balls.
  3. Use a spoon to evenly divide the mixture into six portions. Then use your hands to roll each portion into a ball. If you like, you can roll the balls in dark chocolate chips for an extra bit of flavor.
  4. Store the energy balls in a sealed container in the fridge for up to one week.
  5. Enjoy!

They're high in protein, fiber, and healthy fats, and the combination of peanut butter and chocolate makes them taste like a treat. Plus, they can be stored in the fridge for up to a week, so you can make a batch and have them ready whenever you need a quick snack.

In addition, the Dark chocolate oolong tea latte in the recipe adds a touch of caffeine to the mix, which can help increase alertness and improve mental focus. The rolled oats provide complex carbohydrates that will give you a steady source of energy, and the peanut butter adds healthy fats that will keep you feeling full and satisfied.
