Nutriboba® Superfood Chocolate Crepes

Ooh la la - your favorite French treat just got a healthy boost!
1/2 cup blanched almond flour
1 tbsp Nutriboba® Dark Chocolate Oolong Tea Latte
1/4 tsp baking soda
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
Dash of Himalayan sea salt
2 tbsp pure maple syrup
  1. In a bowl combine all ingredients and mix well (you can else blend in blender)
  2. Heat a skillet and grease with grass-fed butter or oil of choice.
  3. Pour batter into skillet and move skillet around so the batter spreads out thin
  4. Once slightly bubbling, using a large spatula carefully flip your crepe
  5. Let cook on the other side for 30-60 seconds and transfer to plate
  6. Stuff with filling of choice and enjoy!
